14-Day Cancellation Right: If you are not satisfied with the service you purchased within the legally designated 14-day period, you can cancel the service from your customer panel and request a refund. For cancellations made during this period, the paid amount will be added as credit to your customer panel. Upon request, this credit can be transferred to a bank account registered in your name.
Unused Services: The refund guarantee is valid only if the service has not been used. If the service has been used, refund requests will only be accepted if Hostragons Global Limited has provided faulty or problematic service and the issue cannot be resolved.
Domain Name Refund: In domain name services, cancellation and refund processes are not eligible for refund due to the automatic delivery to the customer and the immediate activation of the service after the order.
Server Services Refund: Since all server services involve personalized configuration and provide immediate benefits, they are not eligible for refund.
Deductions: In case of refund requests, a refund will be made by deducting of the total service fee, taxes and the duration of the service (how many days it was used). The refund will be added to the customer panel as a credit or transferred to your bank account upon your request. Payments made with online payment will be returned to the customer with the same payment method.
3. Exceptions
Suspended Accounts: Accounts that are suspended or terminated due to non-compliance with the service agreement are not eligible for a refund.
First Service Return: A customer can only request a return for the first service they purchase from Hostragons. If you have previously used a service and purchased a second one, the return guarantee does not apply to this service.
Promotional and Discounted Services: Services purchased through campaigns, discounts, or promotional codes are not eligible for returns. Campaigns are offered in limited quantities, and such services are excluded from return coverage.
4. Legal Compliance and Data Security
Protection of Personal Data: Personal data related to canceled services will be stored in accordance with legal obligations or destroyed upon your request. Hostragons Global Limited ensures the security of your data by complying with the GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
Legal Requirements: In necessary cases, customer information may be disclosed to the relevant authorities as required by law. Apart from such cases, your personal data will not be shared with third parties.
5. Complaint and Dispute Resolution
